Prices Quoted are Today's Prices and are Subject to Change as Availability Changes. Groups of 100 or more can book private space without booking the entire facility and should visit our All-Star Suite page. All renters of the Sheffield Baseball Club must provide a complete guest list 7 days prior to the date of their event. A deposit of 50 percent is due when the contract is signed, the balance is due within 30 days of the event. All renters must also completely fill out and sign our rental agreement at the time of booking. Please download, print and fill out the forms completely and then email to info@sheffieldbaseballclub.com or fax them to 773-913-2010. However, Guest List Template must be emailed and can not be faxed. These forms can also be faxed directly to you upon request. Sorry, we do NOT accept changes to our License Agreement.
